NEWBERRY’S MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow either OPTION #1 or OPTION #2 to Guarantee Maximum Results!

Option 1

OPTION #1

  • ADD 1 GALLON OF WATER TO BUCKET
  • ADD FLAVORING.
  • POUR AND WIRE WHIP NEWBERRY’S AT THE SAME TIME FOR 3 MINUTES MAKING SURE TO STIR THE PRODUCT IN QUICKLY.
  • COVER MIX AND LET IT “SIT UP” IN COOLER FOR 30 MINUTES.
  • AFTER 30 MINUTES, UNCOVER, STIR ONE MORE TIME AND ADD TO YOUR HOPPER.
Option 2

OPTION #2

  • ADD 1 GALLON OF WATER TO BUCKET.
  • ADD FLAVORING.
  • POUR AND WIRE WHIP NEWBERRY’S AT THE SAME TIME FOR 3 MINUTES MAKING SURE TO STIR THE PRODUCT IN QUICKLY.
  • USE A 10 INCH IMMERSION BLENDER (WWW.WEBSTAURANTSTORE.COM) FOR ADDITIONAL 3 MINUTES. THIS WILL IMMEDIATELY ACCELERATE THE “CREAMINESS” IN THE PRODUCT.
  • POUR NEWBERRY’S DIRECTLY INTO HOPPER. ENJOY!

All Newberry’s dry products have a stabilizer blend made with all natural plant gums. These stabilizers make Newberry’s very creamy. The finished product will have good consistency, slow melt qualities and excellent visual presentation in a cup or cone.
